1.1. These Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) establish the terms of use for the Выучу.ру service (the “Service”) and define the rights and obligations of the User and the Service Administration.

1.2. By using the Service, the User agrees to the terms of this Agreement in full.

2. Service Description

2.1. Выучу.ру is an online service for learning English using artificial intelligence technologies. The Service provides course generation, test-taking, and AI tutor feedback capabilities.

2.2. Course content is generated by AI and may contain errors. The Administration does not guarantee absolute accuracy of the information provided.

3. User Account

3.1. To use the Service, the User must register an account with accurate information.

3.2. The User is responsible for keeping their password secure and for all actions taken under their account.

4. Payment

4.1. The Service offers payment for course and test generation. Prices are listed on the pricing page.

4.2. Payments are processed through YooMoney. Refunds are possible within 14 days of payment if there are technical issues with the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All Service materials, including texts, designs, and logos, are the property of the Administration or respective copyright holders.

5.2. The User retains rights to data they input into the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. The Service is provided “as is.” The Administration does not guarantee that the Service will operate without interruption or errors.

6.2. The Administration is not liable for lost profits or indirect damages to the User.

7. AI-Generated Content

All educational materials, courses, and tests provided by the Service are created using artificial intelligence technologies. The Administration does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or relevance of such content and is not liable for any errors or inaccuracies. The User is solely responsible for verifying critically important information.

The User uses AI content at their own risk. The Administration recommends verifying critically important information.

8. Termination

8.1. The User may stop using the Service at any time by deleting their account.

8.2. The Administration reserves the right to terminate access to the Service if the User violates this Agreement.

9. Governing Law

9.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.

9.2. All disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with Russian Federation law.
